| Hotel is well located - seven minutes on foot from the Palais de Congres. Train station and garage are nearby. There is one parking spot in front of hotel which we used when arrived and departured. Vivid local market and the Rue d' Antibes are behind the corners. If you want good night sleep, ask for the rooms not facing the main street because nearby is well known Irish pub. Negotiate price directly with the owner Mr. Regis. Hotel is small and poorely decorated with narrow stairs, but it has an small elevator. Rooms are small(eventhough there is a fridge and a airconditioner) but clean; towells are changed every day which is really great. No specific smell. Ask for the room with a bath if you are corpulent because showers are small. Wirelles internet is fast and reliable - the best Internet experience of all hotels I've ever stayed in (among which are six Cannes's hotels). Owner is very warm and polite - always on service. Good value for money. |

| The owner who was also the concierge. He gave me tips on the wonderful spots and showed me how to get there. The tips he gave me were more accurate and the suggestions he offered were better than the ones given at the tourist information center! |

| L'hotel est idéalement situé (2minutes à pied de la plage et 5min de la gare). Le gérant de l'hotel est vraiment très accueillant, très gentil et vous informe dès votre arrivée des choses à voir à cannes. |

| Le prix par rapport à sa situation géographique (en plein centre de cannes, à 5min à pied de la plage et de la gare), la propreté, le double vitrage (il y a un bar en bas, mais on n'entends absolument rien! Bravo!), le patron un peu bavard mais très aimable! |

| The owner is very kind. There was an accident of train, the owner waited us until 3 o'clock in the morning. When we did the checkout, the owner kept our baggages and we took them in returning. The room is very clean. |

| The receptionist, Monsieur Regis Croquet, is a really nice person and he's always ready to help and give useful advices. He definitely makes your stay in Cannes a better experience. Good to have a small refrigerator in the room. |
